Important file updates for some Commodore systems


Thanks to a report from fredrikr we found out, that the versions created with Ozmoo (C64, C128 and Plus4) are buggy, because I made a "disk validate" and added the "directory art" afterwards. Due to the "disk validate" changes on the disk might overwrite game data, which might cause the game to not work properly. 

The bug is now fixed. Although you now can save game data on the game disk, it is still recommanded to store game states on separate disks. 

Additionally, new features have been activated, like a command history or a scroll buffer.  While the Mega 65 was not concerned by the bug, we decided to enrich this version with this feature as well.

PS:
To fix the problem when adding "directory art" following option has been used:

-rd: Reserve the entire directory track, typically for directory art.
This option should somehow be default when working with Ozmoo.
